Day 1 Friday:
>>11:00am: 3.15 mile at High Point State Park
>>4:00pm: Crossfit Toms River WOD: 30min AMRAP: 20 calories on the rower, 20 plate Burpees, 20 ground to overhead presses, 20 banded kettlebell swings, & 20 pull ups.
>>8:30pm: 3.15 mile run in Pomona RV Park
Day 2 Saturday:
>>8:30am: CrossFit Egg Harbor OTG WOD: Two different workouts given: “Donna” 21-15-9 Thrusters, Sit-ups, Burpees. ”Elizabeth” 21-15-9 Squat Cleans, Ring Dips. (6:05)
>>9:30am: 3RFT 20 wall balls, 15 double unders, & 10 muscle ups (Ben & Kev only)
>>2:30pm: 6 mile run from South Street Market through Federal Hill through Inner Harbor and back.
>>7:30pm: “Tabata” Workout: Rope Slams, Dips, Push Ups, Ring Rows, Squats, KB Swings.
Day 3 Sunday:
>>10:30am: Easter Egg Hunt Workout. 12 Easter eggs were hidden in the RV Park playground. Inside the Eggs were 12 exercises/workouts. In total we did: 4 miles, 70 burpees, 50 push ups, 50 air squats, 100 full crunches.
>>1:00pm: 30 min AMRAP at the Playground in the RV Park: 10 pull ups, 15 KB thrusters, 20 snatches, 25 full crunches, 30 jump ropes.
>>4:00pm: Gym Workout at Vida Fitness in DC.
>>10:00pm: Our final 2 mile run for the day.
Day 4 Monday:
>>12:00pm: District Crossfit WOD: 21-15-9: Sumo Deadlift (225), KB Swing (32kg) (4:37)
>>5:00pm: South Baltimore Crossfit WOD: 10 ground to overheads, 40 KB Snatches, 40 Toes to Bar, 400meter run, 50 Push Ups, & 10 ground to overheads. (8:27)
>>6:30pm: 2 mile run
Day 5 Tuesday:
>>8:30am – Crossfit Ocean City Maryland WOD: 4 min 1RM Deadlift, 4 min max calorie row, 4 min AMRAP Air Squats.
>>1:30pm: Deck of cards workout at the RV park playground: Burpees, Push Ups w/mountain climber, Dips, Pull Ups for 30 minutes.
>>9:00pm: Burpee Golf bet repayment in the playground. (206 burpees)
Day 6 Wednesday:
>>9:00am: HardBat Crossfit WOD: “Burnt Lung”: 10 rounds: 400 meter run, 10 wall balls, 5 burpees.

6:00am: Left the RV park in Ocean City Maryland
8:30am: Arrived at HardBat Crossfit in Newark, Delaware.
9:00am: HardBat Crossfit WOD “Burnt Lung”: 10 rounds: 400 meter run, 10 wall balls, 5 burpees.
10:30am: Drive back to the RV park in Sussex, NJ. Picked trip superlatives.
2:15pm: Arrive at the RV Park. Everyone says their goodbyes… :0(
5:00pm: Home Sweet Home.

7:00am – Wake up call
7:45am – Drive to Ocean City Maryland Crossfit
8:30am – Crossfit Ocean City Maryland WOD: 4 min 1RM Deadlift, 4 min max calorie row, 4 min AMRAP Air Squats.
9:30am: Hanging out afterwards with Lorie and Kelley.
10:30am: Breakfast at Peppers Tavern.
11:30am: Chill at the RV Park.
1:30pm: Deck of cards workout at the RV park playground: Burpees, Push Ups w/mountain climber, Dips, Pull Ups for 30 minutes.
3:00pm: Driving to Ocean City Maryland
4:00pm: Mini golfing with Burpees on the line:
7:00pm: Mexican food for dinner.
9:00pm: Burpee Golf bet repayment in the playground. (206)
10:00pm: Chill time in the RV. Emotions game in the RV.

8:00am – Wake up call
9:00am – Take the bus & Metro to DC.
10:00am: Walking around DC.
11:30am: Arrive at District CrossFit
12:00pm: District Crossfit WOD: 21-15-9: Sumo Deadlift (225), KB Swing (32kg) (4:37)
1:30pm: Headed back to the RV park.
3:00pm: Leaving for Baltimore, MD Crossfit.
4:00pm: Arrive at South Baltimore Crossfit.

Day 3: “Chill Day…Sike”
8:30am: Wake up call
10:30am: First work out of the day. Easter Egg Hunt Workout. 12 Easter eggs were hidden in the RV Park playground. Inside the Eggs were 12 exercises/workouts. In total we did: 4 miles, 70 burpees, 50 push ups, 50 air squats, 100 full crunches.
11:30am: Eat, relax for the next workout.

1:30pm: Jacuzzi, pool, eat.
3:00pm: Travel to DC via bus & subway.
4:00pm: Gym Workout at Vida Fitness in DC.
6:00pm: Easter dinner @Graffiato.
9:00pm: Taking car service back to the RV spot.
10:00pm: Our final 2 mile run for the day.
10:30pm: Chillen in the RV Park.
12:30am: Headed to bed after watching videos.
1:00am: 7 hours AMRAP (as many rem sleeps as possible) – as suggested by Andy

Fitness Tour 2012: Day 2: Sat 4.7.12
Day 2: “Not a Cloud In Sight”
6:15am: Wake up call, breakfast, get ready to leave Pomona RV Park.
7:00am: Drive to Egg Harbor Crossfit
8:30am: CrossFit Egg Harbor OTG class begins. Two different workouts given: “Donna” 21-15-9 Thrusters, Sit-ups, Burpees. ”Elizabeth” 21-15-9 Squat Cleans, Ring Dips. (6:05)
9:30am: 3RFT 20 wall balls, 15 double unders, & 10 muscle ups (Ben & Kev only)
11:30am: Leaving Crossfit Egg Harbor OTG and headed to Baltimore, MD.
2:30pm: Ended up in the South Street Market in B-more. We went on a 6 mile run from South Street Market through Federal Hill through Inner Harbor and back.
6:00pm: Left Baltimore for the College Park Maryland RV Park.
6:45pm: Arrived at our RV park where we will be staying for the next 2 nights.
7:30pm: “Tabata” Workout: Rope Slams, Dips, Push Ups, Ring Rows, Squats, KB Swings. In the playground at the RV park.
9:30pm: Travel to Washington, DC via bus and subway.
10:30pm: Get to Graffiato for some awesome pizza. 9 pies & 8 Gelattos later we are stuffed.
2:00am: Back at our RV camp site in Maryland.

Fitness Tour 2012: Day 1: Friday 4.6.12
“Day 1″
8:00am: Everyone met at my house in Sayreville.
8:30am: We picked up workout equipment and departed to Sussex, NJ. (1hr 45min, 82 miles)
10:00am: We arrived at 84RV to pick up our 29′ Class C RV.
11:00am: While in Sussex, NJ, we decided to go on a run in High Point State Park. We ran for 3.15 miles up and down hills until finally reaching High Point Monument. We reached the highest place above sea level in NJ at 1800′ altitude.
12:30pm: Drive the RV to Toms River, NJ. (2 1/2hrs, 125 miles).
4:00pm: CROSSFIT TOMS RIVER WOD: 30min AMRAP: 20 calories on the rower, 20 plate Burpees, 20 ground to overhead presses, 20 banded kettlebell swings, & 20 pull ups.
5:00pm – 7:00pm: Chill in Toms River. Grab some lunch/dinner.
7:00pm: Drove to Atlantic City, NJ. (45 min, 42 miles)
8:00pm: Made our first RV park stop in Pomona, NJ.
8:30pm: While in Pomona RV Park & the roads joining the park, we went on a 3.15 mile run.
9:45pm: A cab picked us up to go to AC. (Revel Casino)
12:00am: We arrived back at the RV Park. Time for bed!
