Regardless of your past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Isabella Fitness is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, movements, terminology, and pre-workout warm-ups before participating in regular Isabella Fitness classes. It all begins with scheduling a free Baseline Introduction class. Once completing the baseline session, you will be entered into our Foundations Program. This program involves 5 personal training sessions. You will receive one-on-one personal attention, just you and the Coach with the flexibility to schedule at your convenience. The Baseline and Foundation Classes are for first-timers or anyone who feels that they may need a refresher. This is the perfect time to ask questions, get comfortable and meet our community before transitioning into our regular classes. A Baseline session is mandatory for anyone new to CrossFit. To schedule a session, please contact us.

  • During the Baseline session, we’ll go over a few basic movements and end the session with a CrossFit workout so you get an idea of what our programming will involve. Plan on being here for about an hour.

Step 2: Create an account to sign up for your BASELINE session  (Having trouble creating an account: Watch me)

Step 3: Come in and have a good time!

  • Once you have completed the BASELINE session you will start the FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM.  This will teach you the key elements that we focus on here at CrossFit Sayreville.

What you need to know about CrossFit Sayreville

  • We accommodate to people who do not necessarily want to do CF – meaning, we offer other programs and training that may suit your needs
  • We do personal and group training that can be geared toward CrossFit or Not geared toward CF. At the end of the day, we are going to customize our programming to meet your goals
  • We offer a comprehensive introduction program for people who want to do CF but something is holding them back. This program will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in class.
  • We have 100+ athletes who all vary in ability, age, goals, previous experience, etc. This means that we understand how to work with a variety of people who have different needs and expectations
  • We understand that not everyone is into “CrossFit” and that’s fine. You have to understand that we can still help you reach your fitness goals. At the end of the day, we are a fitness facility that teaches Fitness!

Since life’s challenges are largely unknown and unknowable, we must prepare for them by training somewhat generally, and not specializing in just one of the above 10 characteristics.

Finally, sound movement patterns are the basis of athleticism, and our modern lives often leave us lacking this fundamental ability.   • The short answer is: unlike anything else you’ve ever done! CrossFit classes last an hour and start promptly when scheduled. No lazily rolling in whenever! Each class will involve a complete warm-up, skill practice, the primary workout, and a cool-down/stretch-down session.
  • Every session will encompass your full body, and we balance the workouts to include strength and conditioning elements. Each workout is guided by one or more coaches, so you will get the personal attention you need to ensure success.
