  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Mint (packed tight)
  • 1/2 Cup Cashews or Brazil Nuts (heaping)
  • 1/2 TSP  Sea Salt
  • 1/8 TSP Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 Cup + 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Lemon Juice
  • 1 Clove Garlic
