ISABELLA HEALTH CHALLENGE

BURPEETHON 2012 PROJECT/CROSSFIT TOUR

Goal:  25k Burpees & 5 Crossfits in 5 Days

Purpose: I absolutely love fitness; it is not just “something” I do. It’s a life style for me as I’m sure it is for the rest of the team. Staying healthy, staying fit, and living a positive life style is what we all pride ourselves in. Team Isabella has currently planned to do a cross fitness tour in the tri-state area. We plan to rent an RV and tour various cross fit locations.

Goal:  Our ambition is to further enhance our fitness goals while promoting awareness for childhood obesity.  We are working with the Nplayfoundation.  Nplayfoundation provides kids with opportunities to remain active. 

Plan:  To raise $25,000.  80% going to Nplay. 20% going to operating costs

Fitness Tour Part 1 – Crossfit Video

Isabella Health Challenge Itinerary:

Friday 8.3

9-10am: Hoboken Crossfit

11-1pm: RV Pick up (30 min of Burpees while we wait)

4-5pm: Toms River Crossfit

8pm – Overnight: Hospitality Creek RV Park (30 min Burpees)

Saturday 8.4

9:30-10:30am: Williamstown Crossfit

12pm-6pm: Philly

>Rocky Steps (30 min of Burpees)

>Independence National Historical Park (5 mile run)

>Gino’s vs Pats Cheese Steak Challenge

9pm-overnight: Cherry Hill RV Park (30 min of Burpees)

Sunday 8.5

9am-10am: AMRAP

1pm-6pm: Burpee Mile @ Baltimore Harbor

9pm: Graffiato

Monday 8.6

8:00am-8:30am: 30 Min of Burpees

12:00pm-1:00pm: Primal Crossfit

1:30pm-3:30pm: Run and Burpee DC

5:00pm-6:00pm: Pilates by Chauna

9:00pm: Bandolero

Tuesday 8.7

9:00am-10:00am: 5RFT

12:00pm-1:00pm: South Baltimore Crossfit

1:30pm: Drive Home. Stop at random spots to do Burpees

5:00pm:  5 Star Personal Training Center to do more Burpees
