FITNESS TOUR 6 – Hawaii (click me) – August 10 – 14, 2015
We raised $3,000 for St. Jude, Cello Strong, and Na Kama Kai.

FITNESS TOUR 5 – MIAMI (click me) – August 24 – 29, 2014
We raised $3,000 for the Fit to Fight Organization.
The purpose of Fitness Tour 5 was to raise money for the Fit to Fight Organization. Fit to Fight raises money and provides additional support to athletes suffering from life-threatening illnesses. We visited 16 facilities in 5 days on our tour.
FITNESS TOUR 4 – TEXAS (CLICK ME) – April 12 – 20, 2014
We raised $6,000.00 for Childhood Obesity
The purpose of Fitness Tour 4 is to raise money to develop programs that will allow children the ability to be active. We will be working with the NFL’s Play 60 Program. We will visit 16 CrossFits in 5 days, where we will put our bodies to the test to raise awareness.
FITNESS TOUR 3 – CALI (click me) – August 11 – 18, 2013
We raised $4,000 for the St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital
The purpose of Fitness Tour 3 was to raise money for advanced research into childhood cancer. We visited 15 CrossFits in 5 days, where we worked out for Hope.
FITNESS TOUR 2 – aka: BURPEETHON 2012 (click me) – August 3 – 7, 2012
We raised $4,000.00 for Childhood Obesity
The purpose of Fitness Tour 2/Burpeethon 2012 was to raise money to bring awareness to childhood obesity. We worked with the n’Playfoundation to create opportunities for kids to be active. Our team goal was to perform 25k Burpees during the 5 days, in addition to visiting 5 Crossfits, 5 Star Personal Training, and Pilates by Chauna. Each of the 7 members on the team completed over 3,600 Burpees.
FITNESS TOUR 1 (click me) – April 6 – 11, 2012
The purpose of Fitness Tour 1 was to workout while on vacation. The idea came from an off-handed comment mentioning that we should rent an RV and go to different crossfits…So I rented one and we did it. We worked out 3-4 times a day during the trip while visiting 6 crossfits along the way (Toms River, Egg Harbor, District Crossfit, Hardbat, South Baltimore, & Ocean City).
