Strength/Skill: Handstand Pushups

  • 3 x 8, every 2 minutes

WOD: 8 RFT

  • Ready set go:
    • 5 Rope Climbs (FBs do 8), into
    • 8 rounds of:
      • 5 Deadlifts @ 70% of 1 rep max
      • 10 HSPUs (this should be easier than the skill)
    • 5 Rope Climbs (FBs do 8)
      • then record time
