Strength/Skill: Box Front Squats

  • 10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2 reps, every 2 minutes
    • Begin with the set of 10 around 50% of your 1RM regular Front Squat.
      • Pause for a second on the box, no rocking.

WOD: For Time Ladder

  • 10 – 1 Squat Cleans (115/75)
  • 1 Rope Climb after each round (FB = 2)
    • One score for time.
      • 20 min cap.

Away from the Whiteboard: 4 x 8 Barbell Curls
