Regardless of your past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Isabella Fitness is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, movements, terminology, and pre-workout warm-ups before participating in regular Isabella Fitness classes. It all begins with scheduling a free Baseline Introduction class. Once completing the baseline session, you will be entered into our Foundations Program. This program involves 5 personal training sessions. You will receive one-on-one personal attention, just you and the coach with the flexibility to schedule at your convenience. The Baseline and Foundation Classes are for first-timers or anyone who feels that they may need a refresher. This is the perfect time to ask questions, get comfortable and meet our community before transitioning into our regular classes.

- During the Baseline session we’ll go over a few basic movements and end the session with a CrossFit workout so you get an idea of what our programming will involve. Plan on being here for about an hour.

- Once you have completed the BASELINE session you will start the Foundations Program. This will teach you the key elements that we focus on here at Isabella Fitness.
- The Foundations Program focuses on developing the new athlete in terms of fitness, exercise quality, and safety at their own pace.
