• 1 Avocado (cubed)
  • 1 Jicama (or cucumber)
  • 1 Green pepper (peeled and seeded)
  • 1/2 Red Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (peeled and seeded)
  • Handful of olives (sliced)
  • Olive Oil (as desired)
  • Avocado Oil (as desired)
  • Red Wine Vinegar (as desired)
  • Cheese (Raw, Unpasteurized)
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Greek Seasoning (Sprinkle as desired)
    • Combination of: 1 TBSP and 1 TSP of Sea Salt, Ground Garlic, Dried Oregano, Dried Basil,  2 TSP of Parsley, Rosemary, Marjoram, Thyme, 1 TSP of Pepper, and 1/2 TSP Cinnamon and Nutmeg
  • 1 Clove Garlic (diced)
