  • Goal of today’s WOD is to really just move. Today would a good day to find a nice pace that you can stick to. You can also make your toes to bar a little more challenge than you are used to. Everything else is just moving with form and under control. 
  • 12 DB/KB Thrusters (40/30) (holding 2)
  • 10 Burpees
  • 8 Toes 2 Bar
  • 6 KB/DB Box Step Overs (40/30) 1 for 1 (holding both wherever you want)

Stretch Time:

  • Pigeons: 2×30 seconds Alt  (2 on each side. 4 total)
