  • 10 – 1 Power Clean (135/95)
  • 1 – 10 Double KB Front Squat (50s/35s)
    • FBs can do KB Thrusters
      • 15 – 20 min cap, coach’s decision
  • 2 minutes after the cap, Away from the Whiteboard:
    • 5 min AMRAP of:
      • 5 Hollow Rocks
      • 7 V-ups
      • 9 Abmat situps
