  1. In a bowl, mix together the nuts and seeds
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the salt, vanilla, cinnamon, Melted coconut oil, and eggs (mix well) (optional: 1/4 cup coconut butter, 1 cup coconut shreds)

  4. Add mixture to a Loaf Pan lined with Parchment Paper
  5. Bake for 60 minutes on 325 degrees
