Step 2: Make the Recipe

  1. In a bowl, mash up the plantains to get them as mushy as possible.
  2. Add the egg, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract and mix into plantains
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Combine 2 bowls together and mix well
  5. Add mixture to a  Springform Pan lined with Parchment Paper
  6. Bake for 30 minutes on 350 degrees
  7. Take out and let cool for 30 minutes
  8. Refrigerate leftovers
