First Impression
Making a big lifestyle change can be difficult on your own but this program makes it easy. You have someone with you every step of the way to guide you through it and hold you accountable for what you are consuming. I’m still at the very beginning but I’ve already learned a lot about what to buy, avoid, what to cook with, how to prep my meals, and how different foods can affect my mind and body. I can already feel a difference in my energy levels and how I’m feeling so I can’t wait to see how I feel at the end of this program 💪🏼.

After 7 Days:

  • What has been the toughest part of phase 1?
    • Not giving in to temptations around me. Seeing everyone eat things I crave is very difficult.
  • What has been the easiest part of phase 1?
    • Preparing all my meals. You make one thing early in the week and it’s mindless.
  • What has surprised you the most thus far?
    • How quickly I have weight dropped and eliminated bloating.
  • What area of your life have you noticed the most change? How did you notice? Was is positive or negative? If nothing, then write nothing.
    • I have noticed the most change it comes to my willpower. I noticed that when all my friends were eating tons of chips and cookies and drinking alcohol, I was focused and did not give in.
  • What do you miss most about your old foods?
    • Just the guilty pleasure of giving in.
  • Are you suffering from any of the following:
    • Extreme Hunger? No
    • Short term headaches? Yes
    • Temporary Fatigue? No
    • Weakness? No
    • Constipation? No
    • Muscle Cramps? No

After 14 Days:

  • What has been the toughest part of phase 1?
    • Seeing the people around me eat anything and everything, while I stick to the plan
  • What has been the easiest part of phase 1?
    • The motivation I have has made it much easier. I am dedicated to this and not wanting to fail pushes me and makes it easier.
  • What do you miss most about your old foods?
    • The taste and feeling it gives you when you are really craving it.

Is there a certain time of the day where you see yourself having an internal dialogue about eating? If so, what time? And what is the internal dialogue about?

  • Lunchtime I always find myself thinking of some sort of snack. My resistance is stronger now than ever, however; So I just push through it.

After 28 Days:

  • What did you most benefit from during phase 1? What did you enjoy the most?
    • I enjoyed the way felt, my mood, and my energy levels. I benefited from my blood sugar normalizing. I did not have any symptoms of low blood sugar. I have noticed that I slimmed down in my legs, chest, and face.
  • What goals were you able to reach>
    • A big goal for me was getting my blood sugar in check. I am feeling like that is not a goal I ever permanently fix but I am very happy with the place I have gotten in only a month
  • What do you wish was different about phase 1?
    • No complaints
  • What areas of improvement do you still have to make?
    • Control cravings
  • Phase 1 challenges
    • The first week or so was tough getting used the change in food choices. There were times when I was irritable or frustrated. I also experienced times of doubt. I didn’t think this was going to work out for me. Over the month, all these feelings went away and I feel the best I have in a long time. I also experienced some shifts in my menstrual cycle.
  • What has improved over the last month?
    • I have been able to make weight loss progress, I am less hungry in between meals, my anxiety and mood swings are less, I have more mental focus, energy, inspiration, and productivity, and I feel liberated that i do not feel forced to eat throughout the day.
  • What has stayed the same for you over the last month?
    • My sleep patterns are still the same from when I started, my sex drive, cravings for carbs, skin, excitement, and overnight hunger are still the same.

In summary of Phase 1:

  • What lifestyle changes have you made over the last 30 days?
    • I’ve committed to a healthy lifestyle and changed my priorities around to fit it. I’ve learned to give things up that weren’t benefiting me in the long run and I think that’s one of the best changes I could have made.
  • What was the result of those changes?
    • I’m becoming the best version of myself.
  • Are the changes we made sustainable for years (with minor adjustments as needed)?  If not, which changes do you not want to continue with? And Why?
    • This is definitely a lifestyle change I can stick with. Every now and then (within reason), I may stray from this change and cheat a little but for the most part I don’t see myself finishing this program and going back to my old ways.
  • What changes have been the most difficult to comply with?
    • Not snacking between meals !!!!!!!!
  • What are your main goals for the next month?
    • To explore way more options and not limit myself to the same meals.
  • Have you been in a state of constant hunger during phase 1? Explain
    • Nope !!! Pleasantly surprised by that.
  • Have you had energy throughout phase 1?  Explain
    • Yes absolutely !!! My energy levels have been amazing. Better than ever.
