WOD: 28 min Partner AMRAP

  • 1) AMRAP, Partner A begins with:
    • Run 1 lap
    • 8 Power Cleans 115/75
    • 6 SDHPs 115/75
    • 4 DB/KB Single-arm Squat Cleans (2 for 1) – 50/35
    • 3 DB/KB Single-arm Snatches (2 for 1) – 50/35
  • 2) Chipper, Partner B begins with:
    • 100/70 Bike cals
    • 15 Rope Climbs
      • Workout Rules:
        • 3, 2, 1, GO: ┬áPartner A starts working on the AMRAP, Partner B starts working on the Chipper.
        • Partners switch every time the partner working on the AMRAP finishes 1 round.
        • The Chipper portion can be split up, however, your team wishes.
        • Once the Chipper is completed, both partners can focus solely on the AMRAP, alternating every round.
        • 2 scores per team:
          • The time it took your team to complete the Chipper, and
          • How many round and reps of the AMRAP that your team was able to complete in 28 minutes.
