Strength/Skill: 2-pause Clean

  • Pause at the knee & pause at the hip/upper thigh, then clean the barbell
    • 7 x 1, EMOM

WOD: 4 Rounds

  • In 3 minutes complete the following:
    • 30¬†SSJ (1 for 1)
    • 10 C2B Pullups (F.B. 7 Muscle Ups)
    • Max Cleans at 75% of 1RM
      • rest 2 minutes / record score, repeat 3 more times
        • Scale to have at least 1 min to 1:30 to work on cleans
        • Record a separate score for each round (4 total)
