WOD: 21 Min AMRAP

  • 20 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 8 Burpees
  • 50 Double Unders
    • Every 3 Min 8 HSPU (3″ Def) (3,6,9,12,18)
  1. Scaling Suggestions
    1. Wall Balls – Not scale necessary other than the weight you usually use
    2. Double Unders – Don’t spend too much time on them, if you see that you are messing up a lot just do singles to keep moving through the WOD
    3. HSPU – Today is a great day to challenge yourself on the HSPU. Make it a little tougher than usual. You can even drop down 8 to 5 HSPU if you are going to challenge yourself today.
