  • 3 Deadlifts (275/185)
  • 25 Double Unders
  • 10/7 Bike cals
    • 1 partner works while the other rests. Alternate every round, i.e.┬áPartner A does a round, then Partner B does a round.
    • Athletes 17+ use erg, then rowers, then burpees.
