Strength/Skill: Snatch Complex, 5 x 1, every 90 seconds

  • 1 Power Snatch + 1 High Hang Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat = 1 Complex

WOD: Partner Intervals, for time

  • 5 BJOs (24/20)
  • 5 HRPUs
  • 5 Hang Snatches (95/65)
      • 30 min cap
    • Person A 1 round, person B 1 round, person A 2 Rounds, person B 2 Rounds, person A 3 rounds, person B 3 rounds, same thin for rounds 4 and 5. One person works while the other person rests.  The rest become longer as the number of rounds increases.
    • Purpose: to work as fast as possible when it’s your turn. If both Partners Push the Pace = the Greater the workout for both
    • Think – “Get In…Get Out!”
