Strength/Skill: Toes to Bar, 50 or 30 for time (know to choose? If you can complete 30 toes to bar in under 2 minutes then you should be doing 50)

  • 7 min cap

WOD: Death By

  • Snatch (135/95) – 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.
  • T2B – 2, 4, 6, 8, etc.
  • BJOs (24/20) – 3, 6, 9, 12, etc.
    • 25-minute total time cap

Starting on the 0:00 minute mark perform 1 Snatch, then minute 1 perform 2 snatches, minute 3 perform 3 snatches.
Keep increasing by 1 rep until you cannot complete the required reps within that minute. At that point, your snatch portion is over. Record how many successful minutes you completed and any additional reps.

After failing the snatches, Immiediately start the next minute by performing 2 toes to bar within a minute, then 4 within a minute. Continue in the fashion until you cannot complete the required reps within that minute. At that point, your toes to bar portion is over. Record how many successful minutes you completed and any additional reps.

After failing the toes to bar, Immiediately start the next minute by performing 3 BJO within a minute, then 6 within a minute. Continue in the fashion until you cannot complete the required reps within that minute. At that point, your entire workout is over. Record how many successful minutes you completed and any additional reps.
