WOD: A lot

  1. Every 2 minutes for 3 rounds (6 mins total):
    • 15/10 Row cals
    • 5 S2Os @ 70% of 1RM
      • rest 3 minutes
  2. 12 min AMRAP:
    • 15 Box Jumps (24/20)
    • 10 Toes to Bar
    • 15 Abmat Situps
      • rest 3 minutes/record score
  3. Every 2 minutes for 3 rounds (6 mins total; same thing as part 1):
    • 15/10 Row cals
    • 5 S2Os @ 70% of 1RM
      • Coaches may need two separate heats
