    • 20 Walking lunges, 1 for 1, holding 1 KB (70/50)
      • record score, then go immediately into
  • 1 min max T2B
    • 3 min AMRAP + 1 min of T2B = 1 round
      • repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 rounds
