  • For Time Ladder:
    • 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1 Rope Climb
      • 30 second plank after each round
        • Big Classes: 3 – 2 – 1 with 1 minute plank

WOD: 10 RFT

  • 10 Wall Ball situps (aka BF situps) (30/20)
  • 7 American KB swings (70/50)
  • 5 T2B
    • 18 min cap
