Strength/Skill: Strict HSPUs

  • 3 rounds of max reps in 1 min, 2 min rest between
    • 0 – 1:  as many strict HSPUs as possible
    • 1 – 3:  rest
    • 3 – 4:  as many strict HSPUs as possible
    • 4 – 6:  rest
    • 6 – 7:  as many strict HSPUs as possible

WOD: AMRAP Chipper 30 minutes

  • 50 Wall Balls (30/20)
  • 200 Jump ropes
  • 50 HSPUs
  • 50 Muscle Snatches (75/45)
    • Record one AMRAP score.
