  • Clean (135/95) – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5…etc
  • Wall Balls (30/20) – 3, 6, 9, 12, 15…etc
  • ABMAT situps – 3, 6, 9, 12, 15…etc
    • restart if you fail within 25 minutes
