Strength/Skill: Hollow Holds & Touch-and-Go Snatches

  • Every 2 minutes for 3 rounds:
    • 30 second Hollow Hold + 3 TNG Snatches @ 70% of 1RM

WOD: Partner AMRAP, 28 minutes

  • 30 Double Unders
  • 20 Snatches (75/45)
  • 10 Burpee KB DLs (70s/50s)
    • Partners alternate working every minute (1 min on, 1 min off)
    • Pick up where the other person left off
    • You are working as a team and will have one score
      • 5:30 AM class did it in battle format as per Ben
