  • 1 Complex = 1 Snatch Pull + 1 Snatch
    • 5 x 1, every 90 seconds
      • 5 rounds of 1 Complex, every 90 seconds

WOD: Partner Station AMRAP

  1. 12-minute station:
    • 20 SSJs (1 for 1)
    • 5 Snatches (135/85)
      • rest 3 minutes/record score
      • Partners alternate every round.  You do one, I do one, you do one, etc.
      • Record the total number of rounds you and your partner were able to complete as a team.
  2. 12-minute station:
    • 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
    • 8 S2Os (135/85)
      • record score
        • Partners alternate every round.  You do one, I do one, you do one, etc.
        • Record the total number of rounds you and your partner were able to complete as a team.
