WOD:

5 Min AMRAP

3 Left Handed KB Cluster (50/35)

3 Right Handed KB Cluster (50/35)

6 Box Over Burpees Holding KB (when doing the burpee you can do whatever you want with the KB)

9 V-ups 

 

Rest 2 Minutes

 

Repeat 3 more times (each round starts a new AMRAP)

We are ONLY recording your WORST AMRAP score

Example (round 1:  4 + 6, round 2:  5+1, round 3: 3 +13, round 4:  4+5) your score on the board will be 3+13
