Choose 4 exercises

Perform 5 reps of exercise 1, 2 reps of exericse 2, 1 rep of exercise 3 and 1 rep of exercise 4 (5,2,1,1)

Then double the reps 10,4,2,2

20, 8, 4, 4

40, 16, 8, 8

80, 32, 16, 16 

160, 64, 32, 32

320, 128, 64, 64

…For 30 minutes

Overhead Lunges

Burpees

Clean & Press

5 Jump Ropes, 2 Overhead Lunges, 1 Burpee, 1 Clean & Press

10 Jump Ropes, 4 Overhead Lunges, 2 Burpees, 2 Clean & Presses
