How to do it:Ā Ā In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. Ā You rotate after every minute until the 5 minutes are up. Ā There is no rest period until the 5 minutes are over. Ā On call of ā€œrotateā€, the athletes must move to the next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep. Ā Counts your reps for every station to come up with one total number. Ā Rest 2 minutes between rounds. Ā
