How to do it:  In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises.  You rotate after every minute until the 5 minutes are up.  There is no rest period until the 5 minutes are over.  On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to the next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep.  Counts your reps for every station to come up with one total number.  Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
