Skill: Bench Press (5×5) Record Weights

 

WOD: Fight Gone Worse

5 minute running clock

1 Minute at each exercise.  There is no rest time in between exercises.  Keep a running total until all 5 exercises are completed.  Repeat for a total of 4 rounds.

At the end of the WOD you should have 4 different totals.  1 minute rest in between rounds
