Partner 1: Chips away at the following with NO ORDER necessary

100 Wall Balls (20/14)

100 DB Snatches (50/30)

100 Calories on the Rower

100 HRPU

100 Toes to Bar

100 Box Jumps

While Partner 1 is chipping away, Partner 2 needs to perform 20 Full Crunches and 20 V-Ups.  The person doing the 20 FC and 20 V-ups is in control of when the partners switch.  Once they switch partner 2 will pick up where partner 1 left off.
