15 Squat Jumps

10 Atomic Push Ups

5 Crunch to Presses (25lb Plate)

10 minutes

Goal:  To complete as many sets as possible

Rest:  When needed

How to do it: Start by doing 15 SJ, then 10 atomic push ups, and finally 5 crunch to presses.  Repeat in this order for 10 minutes.  See how many times you can get through the cycle and post below.
