From 3:00-6:00  1 round of:

6 Deadlifts (245/185)

12 Bar Over Burpees (forward hop over)

12 ABMAT Sit Ups

 

From 6:00-9:00 1 round of:

6 Deadlifts (245/185)

14 Bar Over Burpees (forward hop over)

14 ABMAT Sit Ups

 

From 9:00-12:00  1 round of:

6 Deadlifts (245/185)

16 Bar Over Burpees (forward hop over)

16 ABMAT Sit Ups

 

From 12:00-15:00 1 round of:

6 Deadlifts (245/185)

18 Bar Over Burpees (forward hop over)

18 ABMAT Sit Ups
