“Tough Mudder Training”

>>8 min Run 

>>10 min Relay Race

Run 100m.  Once completing 100meters your teammate begins to run 100m.  Perform 25 burpees while waiting until it is your turn again.  You cannot begin your next 100m sprint until you are done with the Burpees.  Continue for 10 minutes.

Run 100m.  Once completing 100meters your teammate begins to run 100m.  Perform 15 burpees while waiting until it is your turn again.  You cannot being your next 100m sprint until you are done with the Burpees.  Continue for 10 minutes.
