AMRAP (30 Minutes)

1 Mile Run Around the Lake

10 Dips

10 Leg Raises

10 Pull Ups

10 Plank Jumps (over a pole)

40 Alternate Position Push Ups

10 Cruches

Goal:  To complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes

Rest:  When needed

How to do it: Run 1 mile, then complete 10 dips, then 10 leg raises, then 10 pull ups, then 10 plank jumps, then 40 push push ups (using different hand positions), and 10 crunches.  Repeat for 30 minutes.  Try to complete 3 – 4 rounds.
