“4, 3, 2, 1” – Abs 

4 Min Planks

3 Min Crunches

2 Min Russian Twists

1 Min Hanging Knees to Chest


Goal:  To complete as many reps as possible in the given time period 

Rest:  1 minute between each exercise 

How to do this:  Start by doing 4 minutes of planks, then 1 minute rest, 3 minutes of crunches, 1 minute rest, 2 minutes of russian twists, 1 min rest, 1 minute of hanging knees to chest, COMPLETE!
