Every 3 minutes, you have to do 1 minute of burpees until you get to 100 burpees and then that minute becomes rest.
wod- it’s an amrap of 9&9 ohs&pushpress but every 3rd minute you get to chip away at your 100 burpees, once you’ve hit 100 burpees, that 3rd minute because a min of rest. If not by the end of the workout athletes should finish the rest of the 100 burpees they owe. Goal is to get rid of them earlier rather than later.
