2 Min Synchronized accumulated plank

*Every Min on the Min 1 Rope Climb needs to be performed (switch who does it every minute)

*Two people can never be moving at once expect for plank 

Must be performed in order in full. Rower can be performed out of order to accommodate if more than 5 groups
