- 10 Front Squats (70% of today’s 1RM)*
- 15 Bar Over Burpees (lateral burpee, forward facing jump)

*Front Squats MUST be done off the ground. If you cannot clean 70% of your 1rm then you will have to lighten the weight or use a rack.
