New Years PPP Body Composition Program

Kick off the New Year with our exciting “PPP” Body Composition Program – standing for Protein – Portion – Period!

Program Overview:

  • Protein: Focus on consuming 1 gram of protein per pound of your ideal body weight per day.
  • Portion: Limit the number of times you put any portion of food into your mouth (eat less often).
  • Period: Eat all of your food within a period of 8-12 hours (reduce your eating window).

In Summary: Focus on increasing protein, eating less often, and reducing your eating window.

Goal: Improve body composition.

Tracking:

  • Track your PPPs at the gym or at home.
  • Program runs from January 5th to February 15th.
