Run 200 meters

Push Ups

Squats

Full Crunches

Squat Jumps

Mountain Climbers

Plank Jacks

Split Squat Jumps

Russian Twists

Set it up as a normal bootcamp with 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds of rest.

The 200 meter sprint may take longer than 30 seconds.
