Push Ups

Squat Jumps

Burpees

Plank Jacks

Plank

How to do this:  Perform Push ups for 20 seconds, 10 second rest.  Then perform Squat Jumps for 20 seconds, 10 second rest.  Burpees for 20 seconds, then plank jacks for 20 and plank for 20.  Repeat 7 more times.
