“Team Tuesday”

Burpee Challenge

You must complete one level before moving onto the next level:

Level 1:   3 laps around track 

Level 2:   3 Hills

Level 3:   3 Rounds of:   5 Push Ups, 10 Full Crunches, 15 Air Squats

Level 4:   100 Wall Balls (20 Per Person)

Level 5:    100 Tire Flips (20 Per Person)

Level 6:    1 Lap Around School (~.5 Mile)

>>Levels Indicate the point value per burpee

>>Level 1:  Everyone in the team has to complete 3 full laps (400m each lap).  Once you, as an individual, are done with your 3 laps you start doing burpees.  You continue to do burpees until the last person in your group has finished their 3 laps.  Before you move on to the next level record how many burpees everyone in your group did.  (this station there will be one person who doesnt do burpees – this is the last person to finish the 3 laps).  Each burpee done in this level is worth 1 point.   There is a 10 minute max at this station.  Once 10 minutes is up the group has to move to level 2 (even if their is someone who didnt complete the lap)

>>Level 2:  Everyone must complete 3 hills.  Same rules apply above.  Burpees are worth 2 pts each.  Same time limit applies

>>Level 3:  Everyone must complete 3 rounds of 5 push ups, 10 full crunches, 15 squats.  Once you have completed your 3 rounds start doing burpees.  Again, there will be someone at this station that does not do any burpees.  Burpees are worth 3 points each. 

>>Level 4:  100 Wall Balls.  One person does 20 wall balls while everyone else does burpees. Rotate until every person has done 20 wall balls. Only one person at a time doing wall balls. This station will allow you to accumulate a lot of burpees.  4pts per Burpee. 

>>Level 5:   100 Tire Flips. Exactly the same as level 4 except for it is tire flips.  5 pts per Burpee.

>>Level 6:  Half a Mile.  Once the first team reaches level 6 start a 10minute countdown that will apply for every group, even if other groups are on other levels.  At this point, everyone has 10 minutes left.  Every team member must run .5 of a mile. Then they should begin burpees.  Once the ten minutes are up, EVERYONE is finished.  6 pts. per burpee.  Expect anywhere from 50-100 burpees per person for the team that reaches level 6 first.
