Strength/Skill: EMOM

  • 5 rounds of:
    • 7 Floor Press
    • 7 Bent-over Row
    • 7 Front Squats
      • You will perform 7 reps of each exercise a total of 5 times.
      • Move on to the next exercise every minute on the minute.
      • No prescribed weight.

WOD: For Time

  • 10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2
    • Thrusters (135/95)
    • Burpees, over the bar
    • T2B
      • 6 min cap
        • Rest 2 minutes, then repeat one more time.
        • If you are able to complete the workout in under 6 minutes wait until the 8 minute mark to repeat with everyone else.
