Strength/Skill: Floor Press, 4 x 8, every 90 seconds

  • 10 hollow rocks after each set

WOD: Every 4 minutes

  • 20 KB swings (70/50)
  • 15 HRPUs with feet on a plate (45/25 black plate)
  • 10 Burpees
    • Rest with the remaining time.
      • If you cannot complete the work in 4 minutes then you should move it to every 5 minutes.
    • complete 3 more times. (4 rounds total)
