WOD: For Time Ladder

  • 20 – 2 Box Jump Overs (24/20), i.e. 20, 18, 16 … 2
  • 10 – 1 Hang Cleans (135/95), i.e. 10, 9, 8 … 1
    • **Every 3 minutes do 7 Burpees
      • FBs: use a 185/125# barbell, and do 10 Burpees every 2 minutes
        • 20 min cap
