  • Attempt a new 1RM

WOD: For time, 21 – 15 – 9

  • Power Snatches (set of 2195/65#, set of 15115/80#, set of 9135/95#)
  • Box Jumps (set of 2130/24 in, set of 1524/20 in, set of 920/20 in)
    • 15 minute time cap
  • then, with a partner
    • 6 rounds of Slam Balls 5 reps each (you do 5, I do 5 — 6 times)
      • 20 reps ea Partner Medicine Ball passes into Pushup (Start Kneeling, Elbows Behind MB, Drive Forward-Throwing MB towards Partner. Catch yourself in PushUp Position, Do Push Up and drive back up) Alternate reps
      • EFFECTIVE vs EFFICIENT
