  • Every 4 minutes complete:
    • 30/20 cal Row or 21/14 cal Bike
    • 15 HRPUs
    • 15 Box Jumps (24/20)
    • With the remaining time complete AMAP Snatches @ 60% of your 1RM
      • 1 min rest between rounds, repeat 3 more times (4 separate scores)
        • Alternate between the rower and bike every round
