    • 12 KB swings (70/50)
    • 9 T2B
    • AMAP HSPUs w/ remaining time
      • rest 1 minute/record number of HSPU reps
      • repeat 3 more times (4 total rounds, 4 separate scores)
        • then, Away from the Whiteboard, 3 rounds of:
          • 20 second Handstand hold or Plank
          • 30 second Hollow hold
          • 60 second Wall sit
